Soundproofing with Strike Panels

The Challenge
The Altura Credit Union of Riverside, CA had contacted NetWell Noise Control for help in soundproofing their phone bank stations at their local airport. Their soundproofing challenge was to line the interior of each station location with a material that would both absorb unwanted sound reflections for voice protection, as well as place a material in that could withstand mild abuse and prove durable for the long term.
The Treatment
NetWell's cloth wrapped Strike Panels were recommended for this treatment due to the perforated lining layered beneath the cloth cover of these durable sound absorbing panels. This membrane is perforated, allowing the noise to be captured by the panels, while providing the durability to this client that will allow these panels to last for a long time.
The Result
After the Strike Panels were custom cut to line the inner walls of each private teller location, individuals were able to conduct their transactions with confidential phone privacy. The panels themselves will last for years to come thanks to the perforated layer lined beneath the cloth.
