Clean Room Wall Panels are acoustical panels approved as clean room panels for soundproofing treatments in a clean room setting.    These custom cut 2" thick compressed fiberglass clean room panels are wrapped and heat sealed on both sides of each piece.   The panels then have tabs sewn into the top back side, with grommets snapped into the tabs for simple mechanical mounts to your wall.   This allows you to pull the panel away from the wall to clean as needed, with no adhesives required for installation.

These clean room wall panels measure 2" thick made and are made from 3# density fiberglass encapsulated in a white rip stop clean room approved skin.   The skin is heat sealed at the edges.   Clean Room Panels are approved for use in food processing and clean room settings.    The panels are anchored mechanically to your walls using the grommets sewn into the tabs that are stitched to the backside of the wall panel.   They can also rest within a 2'x4' ceiling tile grid system.
