Rest these Caps atop your existinig ceilingi tiles to deaden sound bleed through a drop grid tile system.
This is a mechanical clip system that you anchor to your wall in advance of attaching hat channels. The channels are mechanically snapped into place, over the top of your dB-Bloc layer, and prior to anchoring your finished drywall layer to the face of the channels.
Where permanent wall or ceiling dB-Bloc treatments aren't practical or possible, QBS blankets can be custom cut to match the cavity size of your walls and ceiling in your furnace room. These are class A fire rated blankets that can block up to 90% of your sound bleed, and can be custom cut around pipes, wiring, ductwork, etc.
