ordering information of hearing protection and noise reduction products

Problem:  Commercial, Industrial and Residential ductwork and piping carrying airflow or liquids will cause noise to eminate out into a room.

Goal:  To help protect the room from the noise stemming from vents, pipes, motors, furnaces, pumps, air conditioners, toilets and more!

Solution:  At any time, contact NetWell Noise Control for custom applications for your particular use! Our first obligation is to try to treat the noise source. A stationary pump, motor, generator or air conditioner can be wholly or partially enclosed to shut the motor noise down at the point of origination. You'll get a good 15 dB drop, but have to be concerned with ventillation!

Once the airflow or liquid is released through its vehicle, noise may transmit through the outer walls of the pipe or duct. Try wrapping this material externally with our ductwrap. You can also contemplate treating a finished wall with additional barrier material. Or lining the interior duct walls with our composite barrier enclosure lining material.

Remember that airflow needs exhaust. It's not possible to completely eliminate noise that comes with it. There are InDuct Silencers that are available that help baffle noise out. There are also industrial intake and exhaust silencers for fan cooled motors, blowers, and burners.

Products:

dB-Bloc barrier vinyl is a heavy, weighted mass that measures only .10" thick. It is used to treat walls for sound tranmission, or to wrap around cylindrical noise sources like piping to contain the noise to within.

NetLag DuctWrap adds a 1" fiberglass layer to the dB-Bloc and an aluminized mylar skin to the facing. Designed for duct or pipe wrap for this specific application. The additional insulation adds to the noise reduction, and the skin protects the material.

QBS-1 Blankets are custom cut curtains designed for portable free hanging around furnaces, pumps, AC units, generators, compressors and more. They will contain the noise at the source, and can be installed by simple verticle suspension from the grommets at the top of the blanket.

FBF-1M Panels are 4'x4' sheets of layered acoustic barrier foam and vinyl. Ideal for those stationary noise sources where enclosures can be built, and you need an acoustic material to cut on site and glue to the interior wall cavities for blocking sound and absorbing echo.
