Level-Rite Machinery Mounts have been engineered and tested to accommodate the needs of a broad spectrum of machinery.   From small chip making mills to large machining centers, Level-Rite Mounts provide machine mount installation solutions for leveling, aligning and vibration isolation.  The isolation pads are made of proprietary elastomers and are designed to control machine induced dynamic loads thus eliminating excessive machine motion and preventing failures typical of most other general-purpose machinery mounts.  Level-Rite Machinery Mounts are equipped with high-strength steel adjustment bolts capable of withstanding punishment that would shear off most other bolts.The mounts are available in seven standard models depending on the size and configuration of your machine.   These mounts are ideal for combating the transmission of sound and vibration through the frame of the subject machine into the work environment or building structure.  The high coefficient of friction helps prevent the machine from "walking".

Ensure the floor under the mounting locations is free of obstructions and loose or broken concrete.  Make sure floors or bearing structures are clean by removing all oil, grease and debris.  After the machinery has been positioned onto the mounts,  make sure that no mount housings are in contact with the floor surface as this condition will short circuit the isolation characteristics of the mounts.
