The following set of sound absorbing foam panels are all cut from class A fire rated melamine foam. Sound test results are comparable for any of these cuts of foam, noting that the thicker the panel you order, the greater your sound absorption coefficients will be, especially at the low base frequencies. Available in light gray or white.
These are the standard 2'x4' egg carton cuts of foam. Note that the bases and tips of each panel will not guarantee to align evenly as you surface mount panels and butt seam them to one another.
These are 2'x2' squares with the Pyramid bevel design. Our most popular option for foam convolutes.
The traditional linear wedge cut, creating the parquet look as the 2'x2' squares are placed perpendicular to the all adjoining panels.
Thick cuts of melamine foam targeting extreme industrial or audio sound control at the low base frequencies. Ideal for dynamometer rooms and anechoic chambers. 1'x1' cubes measuring 6 or 8 inches thick. Custom blocks available upon request.
