NetMetal Panels are custom cut perforated metal panels designed for absorbing sound in high abuse applications.    These perforated metal panels contain a  fiberglass fill encapsulated in a PVC skin to help absorb unwanted sound reflections in your room.   The perforated panels can be custom painted to match your color scheme.   These acoustical panels are bolted to your room's surface.   The standard perforated sound panel size is 42" width and custom cut to the length you seek. 

The primary use of the perforated metal panel systems are for high abuse areas, gymnasiums, manufacturing sites, and prisons.    These are mechanically fixed panels that permanently mount to your wall or ceiling surface to abate unwanted sound reflections in your room.    The perforated metal facing allows the noise to penetrate the panel and be absorbed by the encapsulated fiberglass layered behind the panel.   The panels come in standard 42" wide pieces custom cut to length, and bolted to firring strips that have been anchored to your wall surface.   We also provide end caps and other hardware features to help finish off your treatment.   For more information on the NetMetal Panels, call our help desk at 1-800-638-9355.
