Description                                                                     

The Novibra SAW machinery mount consists of a cylindrical rubber isolation component with steel mounting plates securely bonded to the top and bottom surfaces.  Both upper and lower mounting plates feature through-holes for anchoring purposes.  The mount is capable of absorbing large vertical forces with little deformation while exhibiting high deflection capacity in the horizontal direction.  With these deflection properties, low interference frequencies can be horizontally isolated while achieving minimal deflection in the vertical direction.  The installation profile height is low providing good stability characteristics.  This family of mounts is available in several capacity ranges and is particularly suitable for heavy equipment.  Typical applications include crushers, grinders, rolling mills, vibrating screens and similar equipment. 

Greater vertical resilience can be obtained by connecting two mounts in series.  This type of  "stack-up" will also effectively absorb larger angular movements.
