Please note that all sales are final on all orders, except for the case where materials were damaged by the freight carrier while enroute to your project site.   When that's the case, be sure to sign for the material as damaged so that we can in turn replace your material and have the charges applied to the carrier.

NetWell has long standing relationships with the best freight forwarders in the business, including maximum volume discounts with each, and rarely experience any kind of problem with delivery.   But  NetWell cannot control the quality of the delivery once the material has been picked up at our location.  We are not responsible for damages that occur while enroute to your location.   It as at the discretion of each driver to handle your order in a proper manner.  Over 20 years, it has been our experience that 98% of all orders arrive in perfect shape, but sometimes there are mishaps.


Protect Your Investment!


When you take delivery on your order, please take the time WHILE THE DRIVER IS THERE to inspect your order.   If there is any damage to your order, sign for it as damaged goods and fax the paperwork to NetWell at 1-763-694-8909.   Include digital images of the damage if  possible.   We are then able to reproduce your order at the freight carriers expense, not your own.   Without proper documentation, however, we can only recreate the order at the customer's expense.

Also, please note that depending on the bulk size of your order, there may be special delivery instructions required to help the driver deliver your order. The truck drivers are responsible for getting the material TO your site, not INSIDE your facility.    So be sure to work with our help desk for any questions prior to ordering.

We do not want you to be overly concerned with the quality of your delivery.    The vast majority of all our projects are delivered with ease and perfection.  These words of advice come from years of experience, and are designed to simply help both of us avoid unwelcome headaches when accidents occur!

 

Turnaround Time


Stock item orders average 7-10 days to deliver or sooner.   Custom orders, including all blanket and architectural products, average 4 weeks.   Please note that if you have a date-certain you need your material to deliver by, place your order by phone at 1-800-638-9355 and be sure you indicate your time frame.
