Ceiling Clouds are ceiling suspended cloth wrapped Fabric Panels with mechanical brackets on the backside designed for non-vertical sound baffle installations.     These acoustical clouds are floater panels that hang parallel to the ceiling surface or the floor.   These sound panels known as Ceiling Clouds offer a decorative soundproof ceiling treatment alternative for rooms with unavailable wall space, or where client's are adverse to mounting sound panels to your walls.    The Ceiling Clouds free hang, exposing their backside to more air to increase the absorption coefficients of the material and lower unwanted levels of background noise.

See Case Studies!

1" thick panels are used in rooms where human voice is the primary sound source.  2" thick panels are recommended where music and low base reverberations are present.

Please note that Ceiling Cloud treatments won't cover more than 20-30% of your overall ceiling space, depending on the size, shape and surface textures in your room.   We recommend cutting the Clouds into smaller 3'x4' panel dimensions to trigger greater maneuverability around sprinkler heads, ventilation systems and lighting.   For questions related to quantities, panel counts, price and effect, call our help desk at 1-800-638-9355.

The Clouds can hover as tight to the ceiling as you want, or closer to the floor as you wish in more elevated spaces.   They can hang parallel to the ceiling incline, or parallel to the floor.  The sound values you seek will be met by the quantities introduced into your space, not by where you position them.
