Please note that all sales are final on all orders. NetWell Noise Control does not take returns on orders. The only exception that will be made is if your order was damaged during shipping, and was signed for as such.
Protect Your Investment
If your order is damaged en route to your project site by the freight carrier, NetWell will replace the damaged material at no cost to you, and bill the freight company for the replacement costs. Please note that this is a rare exception, and that 100% of all orders leave our docks in perfect condition, but there are rare occasions when orders get damaged in transit. NetWell Noise Control is not responsible for replacing damaged orders unless the customer signs for the delivery as damaged before the truck driver leaves. Please…inspect your order carefully and protect your investment.
NetWell’s cloth wrapped panels and noise control blanket orders are all custom orders that will average 4 weeks + shipping time to complete the delivery of your order to your project site. If you need delivery inside this window, please contact our help desk and inquire about our expedite options. Stock items such as dB-Bloc or acoustic foam will generally ship within 24-48 hours.
Delivering Your Order
Please work with our help desk for any special care in getting your order delivered once the truck arrives. If you need 48 hours advanced notice on the delivery, or a lift gate on the truck to lower the pallet to your ground, be sure to let us know during your ordering process. Our help desk is at 1-800-638-9355. Note that the driver will NOT deliver your material to the inside of your building, only to your doorstep. Be sure to have someone ready to meet the driver and get the product moved indoors when he leaves.
