Reducing vibration and structure borne noise improves machine operation, minimizes machine wear, and lowers decibel level exposures to employees.    The Red-Line Anchor Pads are designed to fit between the subject machine and the floor or table on which it sits.  These pads are appropriate for applications where anchor bolts are not required.  Red Line pads are designed to isolate the machine from sources of shock and vibration or to prevent shock and vibration from transmitting from the machine into the surrounding environment.  The pads are available in standard sheets of 36" x 60" for natural wool felt, and 36"x72" for synthetic felt.    Custom cut sizes are available upon request.

Red-Line pads are highly resistant or impervious to most industrial chemicals, oils and moisture.  In most cases life expectancy will exceed that of the machinery with which they are installed.   Proper isolation pads will improve machinery performance, extend machine life, reduce machine down-time, prevent floor damage, and will keep light and medium-duty machines from "creeping" or "walking".  By substantially reducing or eliminating the harmful effects of vibration and noise, the work environment becomes a safer and more desirable place for workers and overall effectiveness of production machinery is improved. 

Red Line anchor pads are available in two basic thicknesses: 1/2 and 1 inch.  Our H pad is also offered in a 1/4" thickness.  Red Line pads are designed for compressive loads from 0 - 250 psi.  

Red Line pads are typically supplied cut to customer specifications complete with holes if required.  Washers are available in several standard sizes.  Special washer sizes are available upon request.  

When installing Red Line pads, the floor or foundation should be clean and free from  grease and foreign material.  Optional friction coating is available which will bond the pad to the floor surface to help prevent the subject equipment from "walking".

Red Line pads do not provide any leveling features.  If machine leveling is required, one must utilize other methods in conjunction with this product such as shims.  Consideration should be given to Level-Rite Machinery Mounts if leveling is required.  Please feel free to contact us for assistance with your application.
