Description                                                                     

Regufoam is an isolation material designed to de-couple vibration-source and vibration-sensitive equipment and machinery from the environment.  Regufoam installations provide a cost effective and simple approach to preventing the transmission of structure borne noise and vibration.  Regufoam is an engineered combination of closed and open cell foam material that provides very predictable, high efficiency vibration isolation characteristics including exceptional damping properties.  This extremely durable material is resistant to most contaminants found in typical industrial and commercial environments.  Regufoam can be utilized in the construction of a simple equipment service pad of concrete or steel for vibration-source equipment to minimize transmission of structure borne noise.  Regufoam is also utilized as the isolation material for an inertia block foundation or for individual isolation pads for machinery.  Because of it's unique characteristics, a wide range of natural frequencies can be achieved including very low natural frequencies at very light loadings.  Regufoam is sold per square foot or in standard roll sizes of 59" x 196".   The pads are color coded based on optimum load ranges.

Regufoam is impervious to most common chemical exposures however please contact the Help Desk to discuss for specific applications.  Regufoam can be used in conjunction with shims to provide leveling when utilized as an isolation pad.
