Orders placed by telephone are the quickest and safest way to place your order if you are a new NetWell customer. Our help desk will ensure that the right product and appropriate quantities are selected, and help answer your questions regarding turnaround time, shipping charges, and arrangements for delivery. If you seek a paper trail for your order, simply print out the order form linked below, and fill it out as you speak with our help desk. You can then fax it to us as confirmation on your phone order. Be sure to check “do not duplicate” on the order form.
